The Lord has given us a beautiful ministry here with new believers [converts-from-Islam.] These new believers are so on fire, you can roast marshmallows on them.
Our area has seen in the last month a coming together of a large number of church Pastors and lay folk who have committed to reaching every Muslim household in our metro area with The Gospel by the end of 2008!
We are following a model where six churches recently brought together 170 believers and reached 35,000 Muslim households in 3 hours. They got 9,000 responses, by email, phone, etc. and they now have 2,000Muslims who want Bibles, follow-up; they are literally joyfully overwhelmed with the Harvest.
We are regularly witnessing at and distributing DVDs on Jesus' Life at the mosques, doing many other ministries too beautiful, numerous, and secret to lay out on the Internet.
Daniel has been given such favor in his job, and wherever he goes. He has been taking Bible courses and is in a great men's Bible study, and we have found an awesome place to plug in here as well.

Hey Pastor Kent, My name is Jennifer Morgan. You don't know me but you know my uncle and grandmother Don & Joyce Curry (your neighbors). I came across your blog and it really it home. I have a 2 year old son named Jason. I named him after my brother who went home to be with the Lord when he was only 6 years old and I was only 9. Jason is an amazing child as is my 9 year old son Brent. Jason was born at RMC in 2005. He didn't pass the hearing screening at birth. They immediately sent us to the local ear, nose & throat doctor where his hearing was tested many many times. They referred us to B'hamfor more testing. We were told shortly theresfter he would need hearing aids for the rest of his life and could eventually be a candidate for cochlear implants. They told me it will "never get better" but could get worse. I REFUSE TO BELIEVE THAT!!!! Hearing what you said just reconfirmed my my hope/faith. I do believe in miracle and the healing power. I know that God is in this house. And it it NO coincidence that his name is JASON, One That Heals, HEALER... Confess your faults one to another, and pray for one another, that ye may be healed... Hello Pastor Kent & Bev! Wow!!Cool beans! We just love your blog. It's another way to stay connected to you guys. I praise God for you and your church. I live over here in Georgia and cannot get over there every Saturday or Sunday as my heart desires; so the streaming video makes us feel as if we are sitting there with all of you. Thanks so much for preaching the powerful word of God. We praise, dance around and shout AMEN right here from our home along with you guys. Our daughter, Kristen who is 3, loves it as well. Very annointed little child she is! Thanks again. May the power of God continue to be on you and yours.
